Don’t just become a member, get involved and join one of our committees. IOYA has five committes, each designed to help fulfill IOYA’s objectives. The five committees are as follows: 1. Human Rights 2. OYLC 3. Arts and Culture 4. Public Relations, and 5. Fundraising Interested in raising awareness about the Oromo struggle and the human rights issues our people are facing? Join the Human Rights Committee. Interested in promoting Oromo arts and culture? Then the Arts and Culture Committee is right for you. How about taking the initiative to show off your leadership skills? The OYLC Committee, which is in charge of organizing Oromo Youth Leadership Conference, will provide you with the opportunity to do so. Are you a media geek? If so, join IOYA's Public Relations Committee to show off your talent and unveil your creativity by making fliers and short video clips for IOYA events, and writing and circulating press releases.Or if you are just interesting in lending a hand to help support IOYA raise funds for its programs, then the Fundraising Committee is where you belong. Can't find something that interests you? Then IOYA board members are eagerly waiting for new ideas. We also say take the initiative and become a leader of a new committee and gain a whole new leadership experience!
